Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York, NY (minimum three days per week in office)

Salary: $190,000 - $245,000

What you will do

• Lead a world-class team of engineering directors and managers to design and deploy next-generation workplace solutions.
• Develop and implement a strategy integrating IoT, building automation, and collaboration systems.
• Collaborate with interior design and architecture teams to build an iconic corporate headquarters.
• Establish and nurture a high-performing, innovative engineering culture from the ground up.
• Oversee solution design and architecture to ensure alignment with business objectives and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
• Expertise in modern web technologies and cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure).
• Experience delivering software products or platforms in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience building and integrating IoT and automation systems within modern workplace environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integrating AI-driven tools like chatbots or recommendation systems.
• Expertise in tightly integrating building technology with daily employee-facing systems.
