What you will do

• Own long-term strategy, roadmap, and vision for Network & Data Center services, including scalable offerings like NOC, DC Operations, and SDN.
• Develop pricing models, delivery frameworks, success metrics, SLAs, and partner with leadership on P&L and growth.
• Act as SME in pre-sales: support RFPs, lead workshops, validate solutions, and present to executives.
• Create delivery playbooks, SOPs, and workflows; oversee governance, escalations, and continuous improvement.
• Standardize best practices across Americas, APAC, EMEA; participate in QBRs for strategic customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years designing, deploying, supporting enterprise/hyperscale data centers
• Deep expertise in global network architecture: routing, switching, firewalls, optical transport, load balancing, wireless.
• Knowledge of DC physical infrastructure, NOC operations, AI/ML monitoring, automation, ITSM.
• Experience with multisite/global networks and cloud integration (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• 5+ years leading technical practice/service line in MSP/ISP/CSP/hyperscale.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent; strong business acumen and leadership skills.
