What you will do

• Deliver and facilitate learning programs, assessments, and workshops, adapting to learner needs.
• Analyze program data and participant feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct structured needs assessments and advise leaders on appropriate development solutions.
• Develop complete instructional design solutions using adult learning theory and varied modalities.
• Build and strengthen human-centered leadership capabilities essential for the AI era.
• Partner with project leaders on OCM initiatives and provide coaching to reinforce skill transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and online meeting platforms like Teams.
• Advanced facilitation skills; DDI facilitator certification is preferred.
• Experience with analytic tools, statistical analysis, and data reporting.
• Strong ability to integrate AI-enabled tools into workflows and mentor others on their ethical use.
