Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as the primary HRBP across all business units, aligning people strategy with overall business goals.
  • Manage complex employee relations end-to-end, including conflict resolution, medical accommodations, and legal partnerships.
  • Lead org-wide people initiatives, compensation strategies, and maintenance of HR policies.
  • Develop the organizational learning roadmap and facilitate manager and IC curricula.
  • Facilitate bi-annual performance calibration sessions and analyze culture signals to inform recommendations.
  • Directly manage and coach the People Operations Senior Associate.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and experience in human-centered problem solving.
  • Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and drive conflict resolution.
  • Experience utilizing AI and automation for people insights and process efficiency.
  • Fluency in administering HR platforms such as BambooHR, Athena, and Seismic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile agency environment rather than a rigid corporate structure.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a B-Corp certified organization.
  • Advanced skills in building AI-powered tools or Claude-based agents for business workflows.
