Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as the primary HRBP across all business units, aligning people strategy with overall business goals.
- Manage complex employee relations end-to-end, including conflict resolution, medical accommodations, and legal partnerships.
- Lead org-wide people initiatives, compensation strategies, and maintenance of HR policies.
- Develop the organizational learning roadmap and facilitate manager and IC curricula.
- Facilitate bi-annual performance calibration sessions and analyze culture signals to inform recommendations.
- Directly manage and coach the People Operations Senior Associate.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
- Strong emotional intelligence and experience in human-centered problem solving.
- Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and drive conflict resolution.
- Experience utilizing AI and automation for people insights and process efficiency.
- Fluency in administering HR platforms such as BambooHR, Athena, and Seismic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile agency environment rather than a rigid corporate structure.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a B-Corp certified organization.
- Advanced skills in building AI-powered tools or Claude-based agents for business workflows.
