Salary: $30 - $37 per hour

An American commercial electric vehicle (EV) company developing a first-of-its-kind EV platform for medium-duty vehicles.

What you will do

• Build and support Atlassian products, including Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software.
• Configure, patch, and harden company computers using Jumpcloud endpoint management tools.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of IT incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
• Transform manual IT processes into scalable, automated solutions.
• Configure and maintain AV equipment, including sound mixers, microphones, and speakers.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Garden Grove, CA.
• 3-4 years of experience in a technical support, Helpdesk, or Systems Administrator role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (10/11) and common desktop applications like Zoom, Slack, and MS Office.
• Experience with Atlassian toolset.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or high school diploma).

Nice to have

• Certifications relating to Jumpcloud.
• Google Workspace experience.
• Knowledge of consuming and working with APIs.
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management methodologies.
