What you will do

• Spend time with customers to understand knowledge needs and develop product roadmap aligning vision with customer requirements
• Empower PM team through context, direction, alignment, prioritization, and execution
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, marketing, success, and leadership
• Build scalable processes amid rapid team and company growth
• Shape product roadmap and team structure in a lean environment

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management at SaaS companies serving large enterprises, spanning customer-facing features and internal tools
• Strong technical background and analytical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven ownership, initiative, results delivery, and cross-functional collaboration
• Learning/growth mindset, mission-driven, early AI adopter excited about customer AI journeys

• Experience with collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools
