What you will do

• Own the overall product strategy and collaborate with the CTO and COO to ensure effective product launches.
• Drive product development and prioritize the roadmap to deliver high-quality, global-scale enterprise products.
• Lead an AI-first strategy by embedding AI capabilities into the roadmap and optimizing internal development processes.
• Scale and develop the product team while fostering a collaborative and dynamic team culture.
• Define success metrics and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to shape requirements and features.
• Direct the data strategy, including the collection and interpretation of product usage and market research.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a team leadership role.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, specifically delivering for enterprise or upmarket segments.
• Proven experience defining and delivering AI-enabled products and using AI tools for operational workflows.
• Strong expertise in quantitative analytics and qualitative user research.
• Ability to translate ambiguous data into clear outcomes, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Passion for world-class UX and a sharp eye for detail.
