What you will do
- Serve as a senior advisor and primary point of contact for sponsors, executive sponsors, and steering committees across major industry programs.
- Build and expand relationships with C-level leaders and key decision-makers to ensure alignment and long-term cooperation.
- Lead and develop consulting engagements and own the vertical consulting portfolio, ensuring performance, quality, and value realization.
- Drive the consulting lifecycle from vision and engagement strategy through execution and value delivery.
- Develop and evolve the Industry Solutions practice through mentorship, guidance, and defining consulting standards.
- Support sales and βfarmingβ by identifying opportunities, shaping proposal narratives, and articulating industry-specific value propositions.
Requirements
- Location: Candidate ideal residence place is in Chicago, NJ, or NY (USA).
- 10+ years of experience in the real-economy sector industry with proven consulting and transformation leadership/client-facing advisory experience.
- 10+ years translating industry challenges into structured recommendations and guiding solution development with delivery leaders.
- 5+ years building and guiding solution delivery teams.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% to client and team locations.
- Bachelorβs degree.

- Masterβs degree.
- Experience with data privacy principles and understanding of data privacy and protection concepts.
