Client Success Intern (AdTech)

TL;DR

Client Success Intern (AdTech): Embark on rotational experiences with Client Success teams, assisting with client-facing strategies, market research, and developing a pitch deck for a target account. Focus on analyzing customer needs, creating growth strategies, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Location: Open to East Coast remote candidates in the United States, preference for candidates in New York or Chicago

Compensation: $19.00/hour

What you will do

• Participate in CS boot camp to learn platform basics
• Conduct customer and vertical market research and analysis
• Assist with daily tasks like strategy mapping, QA reporting, and meeting notes
• Shadow client meetings with CS leads
• Research key decision makers for assigned account
• Develop pitch deck tying hirify.global solutions to client goals with use cases and growth strategy
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (expected by May 2026)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Foundational understanding of digital media ecosystem
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft platforms
• Passion for marketing, advertising, digital technology
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and self-motivation
