What you will do

• Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Prospect new clients via cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals
• Conduct needs analysis to deliver tailored OTT/CTV advertising solutions
• Build and maintain post-sale client relationships for retention and expansion
• Stay updated on OTT/CTV trends and provide consultative advice
• Forecast sales performance and attend industry events for lead generation
• Travel within the designated region to strengthen relationships and develop accounts

Requirements

• Must be located in the territory (Minneapolis focus, US)
• Established relationships with agencies and clients in your home market/region
• Proven track record in business development from cold calls to renewals
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
