What you will do

  • Design CI workflows to reinforce sales methodology and integrate insights into daily sales processes.
  • Establish processes for team handoffs and lifecycle management using conversational data.
  • Partner with analytics to generate business insights from conversational trends and pipeline audits.
  • Develop trackers and themes for market trends, competitive strategy, and productivity benchmarking.
  • Act as business stakeholder for Business Technology on CI platform requirements and optimizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Process Design
  • Proven ability to build and scale sales workflows integrated with technical infrastructure.
  • Strong business acumen to analyze conversational trends for strategic impact.
  • Expert stakeholder management with technical teams like BT.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and systems like Gong and Salesforce.
