BOD Program Manager

TL;DR

BOD Program Manager (Manufacturing): Leadership, planning, and execution of multiple high-priority strategic BOD projects in an engineer-to-order environment with an accent on engineering milestones including Design Reviews, Design Releases, and Production Readiness Reviews. Focus on driving cross-functional teams, resource capacity planning, and ensuring on-time completion to highest quality standards.

Location: Franklin, Tennessee; Fremont, California; Jacksonville, Florida; Tualatin, Oregon; US - Remote (flexible: on-site, hybrid, or remote based on business needs; travel required)

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams to drive high-priority BOD projects to successful completion.
• Collaborate with resource managers on capacity planning, scheduling, and monitoring for projects.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, design reviews, Production Readiness Reviews, and follow-up communications.
• Track design progress across electrical, mechanical, wiring, manufacturing, and process engineering.
• Coordinate production readiness, change management, and notifications to stakeholders including Senior Management.
• Report project performance and support continuous improvement through lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in engineering or manufacturing environment, leading high-complexity projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project), MS Office Suite, and MS Teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with engineering review processes, production readiness, and manufacturing workflows.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders including Senior Management; PMP certification a plus.
