What you will do

• Develop and maintain the annual program roadmap for collection launches and global event presence.
• Drive visual merchandising for Shop pop-up events and coordinate IRL experiences.
• Partner with vendors and internal design/marketing teams to ensure inventory and fulfillment needs are met.
• Maintain program documentation, including playbooks, style guides, and release checklists.
• Establish and optimize procurement processes with Finance, Legal, and Procurement partners.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including status reports, hirify.global repo/issue management, and action items.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management (or relevant degree with 1-3+ years experience).
• Experience developing physical production process-improvement strategies in corporate environments.
• Proficiency in editing Shopify sites and using e-commerce apps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and corporate procurement tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
