What you will do

• Own and operate the enterprise SAP Program Office, establishing governance, cadence, decision forums, and escalation paths.
• Drive end-to-end program execution across design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare phases, maintaining integrated master plan and dependencies.
• Manage financials, scope, risks, issues, and recovery plans; enforce change control and release management.
• Anchor program to measurable business outcomes, track KPIs, and provide recommendations on tradeoffs.
• Deliver executive updates and lead cross-functional alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and Technology.
• Lead program managers, hold system integrators accountable, and establish delivery standards and methodologies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving SAP ERP.
• Proven leadership of complex, multi-workstream ERP programs with significant business change and multiple go-lives.
• Strong experience with program governance, financial management, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, drive alignment, and make outcome-based decisions.
• Experience working with global system integrators and managing large vendor ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Prior accountability for enterprise SAP S/4HANA deployments (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order to Cash).
• Experience in high-growth or decentralized enterprises with multiple sites, waves, or markets.
• Strong understanding of change management, data migration, testing, and cutover orchestration.
• Background in both business and technology leadership roles.
