IT Support Engineer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day IT support resolving issues across hardware, software, and access.
• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions in Google Workspace and other SaaS tools.
• Oversee company device inventory, including provisioning, tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Manage relationships with IT suppliers and track software licensing and renewals.
• Maintain and improve internal IT documentation and self-service resources.
• Partner with Security and People Operations to support compliance and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Experience in an IT support or helpdesk role within a modern SaaS environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and Windows systems.
• Active usage of AI tools (LLMs) to troubleshoot, research, and automate workflows.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or similar identity platforms.
• English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing tools.
• Familiarity with MDM tools such as Intune.
• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks like SOC2 or ISO27001.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell.
