What you will do
- Provide day-to-day IT support resolving issues across hardware, software, and access.
- Manage user accounts, access, and permissions in Google Workspace and other SaaS tools.
- Oversee company device inventory, including provisioning, tracking, and lifecycle management.
- Manage relationships with IT suppliers and track software licensing and renewals.
- Maintain and improve internal IT documentation and self-service resources.
- Partner with Security and People Operations to support compliance and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Experience in an IT support or helpdesk role within a modern SaaS environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and Windows systems.
- Active usage of AI tools (LLMs) to troubleshoot, research, and automate workflows.
- Experience administering Google Workspace or similar identity platforms.
- English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
- Location: Must be based in Romania.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing tools.
- Familiarity with MDM tools such as Intune.
- Exposure to security and compliance frameworks like SOC2 or ISO27001.
- Basic scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell.
