What you will do

• Administer and maintain critical SaaS systems including Google Workspace, 1Password, Slack, Bettercloud, Zendesk, and Zoom.
• Manage the MacOS and Windows fleet using Jamf and Windows Endpoint Manager.
• Implement AI-generated workflows and automate operational processes using Claude or similar LLMs via API or CLI.
• Collaborate with People Ops to ensure seamless employee onboarding and off-boarding.
• Partner with Security teams to implement best practices and achieve security certifications.
• Maintain and document IT procedures within the Zendesk Guide knowledge base.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a similar systems engineering role.
• Deep expertise in administering Google Workspace.
• Strong experience with JAMF for managing MacOS and iOS via MDM tooling.
• Ability to identify and automate IT workflows using AI tooling (Claude or similar LLMs).
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end from scoping and implementation to documentation.
• Working hours must primarily cover UTC 13:00 - 22:00.

Nice to have

• JAMF Certifications.
