TL;DR
IT Support Specialist: Manage IT support tickets and maintain IT environments across Copenhagen and Odense offices with an accent on administering core platforms like Okta, Atlassian, Azure & Intune, Google Workspace. Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark (minimum 3 days onsite per week). Must be already based in Denmark or have existing work authorization for Denmark. No relocation support.

What you will do
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets, prioritizing effectively
- Maintain IT environments in Copenhagen and Odense offices
- Administer core platforms including Okta, Atlassian, Microsoft Azure & Intune, Google Workspace
- Contribute to IT projects for upgrades and new technology rollout
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in IT support or systems administration
- Hands-on experience with Okta, Atlassian, Azure & Intune, or Google Workspace
- Experience managing Mac and Windows hardware
- Professional level English (written and spoken)
