What you will do
- Manage end-to-end pre-boarding processes, new hire orientation, and audit employment documents for federal compliance.
- Handle general HR correspondence, verification requests, and administrative workflows.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to source candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Coordinate employee recognition, newsletters, and culture committee events.
- Spearhead capstone project: create an employee FAQ database and present to leadership.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Basic understanding of People Operations functions and best practices
- Strong desire to learn about employment law and People Operations
- Comfortable working in a remote/hybrid environment; on-site in Phoenix, AZ office 2-3 days per week
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving, time management, communication, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Nice to have
- Previous internship or administrative experience in a fast-paced organization
- Experience with HRIS/Paycor
