TL;DR

Location: Tysons, Virginia (Hybrid: Office attendance required 4 days a week)

What you will do
- Resolve escalated employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
- Manage advanced employee data within HRIS systems (Workday) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of new hire orientation, including all logistics and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to resolve policy-sensitive issues.
- Coach Tier I associates to maintain consistency and quality across HR service delivery.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, systems, and operational workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Must have valid US work authorization; sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Intermediate proficiency in Workday (reporting and EIB loads).
