What you will do

• Resolve escalated employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Manage advanced employee data within HRIS systems (Workday) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of new hire orientation, including all logistics and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to resolve policy-sensitive issues.
• Coach Tier I associates to maintain consistency and quality across HR service delivery.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, systems, and operational workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Must have valid US work authorization; sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Intermediate proficiency in Workday (reporting and EIB loads).
