What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Strategy & Operations, Compliance, Legal, People, Finance, and Revenue roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using AI tools to create targeted pipelines and personalized outreach.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market trends, candidate assessment, and hiring approach.
• Design and negotiate competitive compensation packages using internal and external benchmark data.
• Maintain high data integrity and organized pipelines within the Greenhouse ATS.
• Manage third-party sourcing resources and monitor vendor performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across G&A, GTM, or Tech functions.
• Proven ability to independently manage senior-level searches and complex compensation negotiations.
• Expertise in sourcing and the applied use of AI tools for pipeline building and screening.
• Proficiency in Greenhouse (ATS) or similar recruitment software.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and translating insights into hiring strategies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days on-site) if based in New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City.
