Salary: $100,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies to attract, source, and engage top talent.
• Build strong candidate pipelines using all sourcing methods.
• Partner with hiring teams on headcount needs, job descriptions, interview loops, and market intelligence.
• Conduct talent mapping and track industry trends and competitive intelligence in the AI space.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Collaborate with executive team, hiring managers, and talent team from kick-off to hire.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of GTM recruiting experience in B2B SaaS with strong understanding of SaaS and GTM functions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Strong decision-making skills.
