What you will do

• Own domain-level Oracle Fusion technical architecture across Finance, SCM, and Procurement modules, including configuration standards, extension strategy, and integration governance.
• Assess platform health, identify technical debt, and drive remediation plans with quarterly upgrade leadership.
• Design and implement extensions, workflows, security models, master data governance, and eliminate fragile customizations.
• Embed native Oracle AI capabilities and custom AI agents integrated with Fusion and OCI services for efficiency gains.
• Lead integration design using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and business events; close reporting gaps with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Manage Integration and AI/Automation Engineers, enforce code/configuration governance, and drive high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 8-12+ years Oracle ERP experience, 4+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Deep expertise in Fusion architecture, extensions, workflows, security, integrations, and reporting
• Proven experience with BPM, Application Composer (Groovy), Flexfields, Redwood UI, APEX/Visual Builder, Autonomous Database
• Strong OIC, APIs, event-driven architecture; Fusion data structures for analytics
• Experience remediating technical debt, enabling AI workflows, operating in SOX-regulated environments
