What you will do

• Deliver full fund accounting services including NAV preparation/review, custody servicing, investor reporting, capital calls and distributions.
• Manage and train team of Fund Accountants to meet service level agreements.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, brokers and custodians for smooth NAV completion.
• Approve fee schedules, investor allocations, waterfall calculations and fund expenses.
• Handle client queries, ensure AML compliance and review regulatory reporting.
• Establish procedures, support audits and contribute to local office growth and process improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Significant experience in fund administration industry with staff management.
• In-depth understanding of fund industry.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; willing to adopt new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore GAAP.

Nice to have

• Qualified accountant or relevant qualification.
• Knowledge of private credit or loan products.
• Experience with fund accounting software (Geneva, Investran, Yardi) or Bloomberg.
