What you will do

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Coordinate and draft Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) for public company filings.
• Own and enhance the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework and partner with auditors.
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with legal, FP&A, and senior leadership to ensure accurate public disclosures.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and automation to strengthen the control environment.

Requirements

• CPA designation (CA/CPA).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in public company reporting and IFRS.
• Strong technical accounting expertise and deep knowledge of ICFR frameworks.
• Experience with NetSuite implementations (ARM module) and Workiva.
• Must be based in Toronto to support the hybrid work model.
