Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with clinical account managers and executives to lead clients from implementation through go-live and renewal.
- Execute client benefit requests, including benefit changes, eligibility updates, and new implementations.
- Lead pre- and post-implementation quality assurance and testing to validate coding accuracy.
- Conduct claim reviews to proactively identify discrepancies and develop solutions.
- Resolve sponsor and member issues and respond to system configuration inquiries.
- Manage relationship health to drive successful NPS and account retention results.
Requirements
- Must have authorization to work in the US at the time of application.
- Bachelor's degree with a record of strong academic performance.
- 5+ years of proven experience in PBM, health plans, benefits consulting, or healthcare.
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
