Account Manager (PBM)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with clinical account managers and executives to lead clients from implementation through go-live and renewal.
• Execute client benefit requests, including benefit changes, eligibility updates, and new implementations.
• Lead pre- and post-implementation quality assurance and testing to validate coding accuracy.
• Conduct claim reviews to proactively identify discrepancies and develop solutions.
• Resolve sponsor and member issues and respond to system configuration inquiries.
• Manage relationship health to drive successful NPS and account retention results.

Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the US at the time of application.
• Bachelor's degree with a record of strong academic performance.
• 5+ years of proven experience in PBM, health plans, benefits consulting, or healthcare.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and meeting strict deadlines.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
