What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to design customized technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Drive compelling demos and manage Proof of Value (PoV) processes to effectively showcase the platform's value.
• Translate business objectives into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the product experience.
• Respond to security questionnaires and contribute to internal playbooks, guides, and best practices.
• Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• 2+ years of experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency with software development tools, command-line interfaces, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Fluent in French language.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
