What you will do

• Manage the full purchasing/leasing procure-to-pay lifecycle for IT equipment, supplies, and services in accordance with company policies for the US and globally as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery to IT functions and business partners.
• Oversee fulfillment of goods and services with technical analysts to meet platform needs.
• Submit spend approval requests in Ariba and SAP systems, providing documentation to Finance and Accounts Payable.
• Assist in establishing new vendors and track status to enable smooth procurement and payment.
• Handle telecom services analytics/reporting and resolve issues in systems, processes, and services.
• Lead projects on finance transformation, procure-to-pay optimization, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Associates’ degree or higher in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, finance, or related field with strong understanding of accounts payable principles and procurement processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Adobe, MS Excel for reporting, and preferably SAP and Ariba.
• Strong analytical, data processing, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with technical staff, stakeholders, management, and suppliers.
• Ability to work in teams and independently with minimal errors.
