Salary: $64,000–$75,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle for indirect spend using OneBuy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor onboarding and invoicing compliance.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Monitor KPIs and review performance drivers to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to PO processors and business stakeholders.
- Maintain complete documentation ensuring all transactions meet internal policy standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in vendor management, payment reconciliation, or accounts payable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Working knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
- Must be based in the United States to comply with hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP and OneBuy.
- Prior experience training or supporting peers in operational processes.
