What you will do

• Resolve carrier invoice discrepancies using company guidelines, business rules, and rate agreements.
• Create shipments for non-managed freight based on specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Carrier Pricing regarding rating and accessorial invoice issues.
• Maintain up-to-date customer business rules, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize JIRA to track and resolve identified invoice issues.
• Set up new customer and vendor locations within the TMS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1+ years of AP or AR experience.
• Basic competency in Excel, including formulas and formatting.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to work on-site in Laredo, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Transportation industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools.
• Knowledge of hirify.global TMS and TMS Financials systems.
