What you will do

• Lead procurement as a strategic business lever, unlocking value through negotiations and category strategies to enable growth.
• Balance risk management with urgency to ensure procurement acts as a business accelerator rather than a bottleneck.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and functional leaders to align procurement with revenue goals and innovation agendas.
• Design lean, fit-for-purpose procurement processes that scale efficiently without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Leverage market intelligence and vendor analytics to maximize value and optimize costs.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global team combining commercial instincts with pragmatic execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive procurement experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth technology company.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable commercial results in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Expertise in strategic negotiation and the ability to forge win-win vendor partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience developing and leading teams across global time zones.
• Familiarity with ZIP and NetSuite tools is highly weighted.
