Senior Finance Manager (Product & Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to support strategic business decisions and cost optimization.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for product and manufacturing functions.
• Develop complex scenario-based financial models for capital investments and risk analysis.
• Conduct ROI, NPV, and IRR analyses to provide data-driven recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting packages and drive automation in reporting and analytics.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred).
• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or product finance.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling and Excel.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory management.
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
