What you will do

• Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns tailored to different audience segments.
• Collaborate with product marketing, brand, sales, and design teams to create cohesive messaging.
• Support high-priority business initiatives, including AI tool marketing.
• Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to continuously improve effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B tests on content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize conversions.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to scale campaigns across multiple languages and regions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• At least 4 years of experience in email marketing, ideally covering both B2B and B2C.
• Experience in software or technology marketing.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a distributed team.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo or Hubspot.
