What you will do

  • Design and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies aligned with business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Manage the full GTM lifecycle for new features and product lines in the crypto and AI space.
  • Develop and execute data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email automation and in-product messaging.
  • Build and refine user segments to improve acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Partnership teams to align campaign messaging with broader business needs.
  • Track performance and competitor trends, using AI-powered analytics to iterate on messaging and strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Spain
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing within the crypto, fintech, or AI sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in GTM strategy and scaling lifecycle/email marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and product insights.
  • Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for automation, analytics, and daily operational workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing AI-powered consumer products.
  • Prior experience in the US market.
  • Knowledge of Web3 community channels (X, Telegram, Discord).
