Salary: Total compensation $244,621 - $314,449 per year.

What you will do

• Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth within the assigned geography.
• Execute prospecting efforts to cultivate new business and maintain key professional relationships.
• Collaborate with the extended cancer care community to drive adoption of liquid biopsy products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., Presidents club or consistent goal attainment).
• Experience selling medical diagnostics or surgical devices to medical providers.
• Residence within the defined East Bay territory and ability to travel locally.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Clinical background as a Physicians Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
