Salary: $150,000-180,000/year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the full life cycle from implementation to maintenance.
- Identify client needs and goals to match them with platform capabilities and growth opportunities.
- Develop and track client-specific KPIs and operational metrics to ensure deliverable quality.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to create use cases, case studies, and white papers.
- Drive process enhancements for Client Success to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or client success within the healthcare industry.
- Undergraduate degree required; Masters or clinical background (Pharmacist, Nurse) preferred.
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and optimization strategies.
- Expertise in MS Office; familiarity with JIRA and HubSpot is highly desired.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and attend on-site meetings multiple times per year.
Nice to have
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Experience with health plans.
