Salary: $150,000 - $204,500 USD

What you will do
- Oversee large/jumbo accounts (>15,000 lives) across health systems, employers, and public verticals.
- Act as the primary relationship liaison for influencers and decision-makers at the plan level.
- Lead strategic reviews (QBRs), prioritize initiatives, and manage the full client renewal and contract process.
- Provide trend management recommendations based on financial and clinical reporting.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, performance guarantees, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the product team to align the Judi product roadmap with client expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and/or pharmacy benefits (PBM).
- Proven experience supporting integrated delivery networks (IDNs), hospital systems, or academic medical centers.
- Working knowledge of 340B program mechanics and healthcare regulatory considerations.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in health administration, business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong data analysis, financial reporting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% during peak periods.

- PharmD degree.
