What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed sales goals in the Boston Longwood Medical Area.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers.
• Drive strategic partnerships with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals.
• Educate physicians and accounts on oncology diagnostics and personalized medicine.
• Implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs) and manage the payer/reimbursement landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful attainment of organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic sales.
• Knowledge of the local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, and reimbursement.
• Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% - 75% within the territory.
• Must be based in Boston, MA.
