What you will do

• Develop expertise in products, competitors, market practices, and reimbursement to position Sighirify.global effectively.
• Achieve sales targets by driving new patient adoption, account acquisition, and user base expansion.
• Execute comprehensive territory business plans, sales strategies, and marketing tactics.
• Target Hematologists, Oncologists, Pathologists, and community sites to drive adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians through education and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and KOLs for renewals, care pathways, and EMR integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology, Surgical, or Diagnostics Sales with proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of oncology markets, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement.
• Ability to travel 50%-75% within New England territory; valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
