Salary: $175,000 to 210,000

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 Product Managers, helping them improve existing automation and sales tools.
  • Envision, build, and launch a unified CRM, integrating separate solutions into a seamless experience.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market teams to package, price, and position the CRM solution.
  • Work with other product and platform teams to ensure deep integration into the broader hirify.global ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a hands-on PM, with a track record of shipping impactful products from 0 to 1 and scaling them.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing Senior PMs.
  • Deep understanding of client growth lifecycles and marketing systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, generate strategic plans, and think end-to-end.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and collaborative skills.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI into products to solve real-world user problems.
