Lead Product Manager, Marketing Platform (AI/CRM)

Location: United States

Base salary: $170,000–$210,000 per year, plus possible performance bonus, benefits, and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead a dedicated product squad in envisioning, building, and launching a unified CRM.
• Integrate messaging automation, AI chatbots, and sales pipeline tools into a seamless product experience.
• Develop the growth ecosystem strategy to attract clients, convert trials, and improve retention.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to package, price, and position the CRM solution.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to integrate the CRM across the broader platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• Proven experience shipping impactful products from 0 to 1 and scaling them.
• Deep understanding of client growth lifecycles, marketing systems, and funnel optimization.
• Experience in successful consumer or B2B companies.
• Strong strategic thinking, written and verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
