What you will do

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Evergreen & Emerging (E&E) brands.
• Drive product-led growth focusing on MAU growth, retention, and payer conversion.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, ensuring high craft and analytical rigor.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Finance to deliver end-to-end iOS and Android experiences.
• Leverage shared platforms while identifying opportunities for community-first differentiated experiences.
• Use data-driven experimentation and user insights to prioritize opportunities and measure impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling high-volume consumer mobile products.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing and developing product managers.
• Experience leading subscription-based or otherwise monetized consumer products.
• Strong track record of driving measurable growth in user engagement and revenue.
• Highly data-driven with experience using analytics to de-risk big bets.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX, for a hybrid work arrangement.
