TL;DR

Focus on designing enablement programs, building playbooks, ensuring data quality, and aligning cross-functional GTM teams.

What you will do

  • Drive commercial intelligence by analyzing pipeline, win/loss trends, and forecasting accuracy to help close more deals.
  • Enable sales performance through onboarding programs and ongoing training based on feedback and data.
  • Build and maintain playbooks for prospecting, upsell, expansion, and renewals.
  • Own data quality across CRM and tools for reliable insights.
  • Align sales, marketing, and customer success teams on GTM initiatives for better collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or commercial role, ideally in fast-growing B2B SaaS.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating it into revenue-driving insights.
  • Strong communicator able to simplify complex ideas into high-quality content.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Outreach preferred).
  • Highly organized, process-driven, curious, thriving in fast-paced environments.
