What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Participate in meetings to support game development, issue resolution, and account planning
• Coordinate game development from concept to launch, including schedules, timelines, and deliverables
• Review game mechanics, prize structures, and playability; monitor printing and packaging
• Assist with onboarding new customers, process improvements, and system maintenance like WebCenter and GMS
• Travel occasionally within assigned territory for customer meetings

Requirements

• Experience in customer support, account management, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of project scheduling and game development processes preferred
• Available for onsite work in Lakeland, FL, US with standard business hours
• Willingness to travel occasionally within territory
