What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close
• Partner with GTM leaders to define role requirements, structured interview processes, and success profiles
• Build and manage proactive candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and community engagement
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and LinkedIn Recruiter AI for outreach, job descriptions, and communications
• Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates

Requirements

• Experience as a connector passionate about finding exceptional GTM talent
• Ability to work directly with GTM leaders on scaling sales, implementations, customer success, and marketing teams
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participation)

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in fintech, mortgage, or financial services
• Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or similar ATS
• Experience at a Series A–C startup
