Recruiter (Contract) (Web3): Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM, and G&A roles with an accent on building repeatable data-driven hiring engines, talent branding, and sourcing strategies. Location: Remote from any geographical location with 2 hours overlap on NYC mornings (10am-12pm ET) Mon-Thurs.

is building the System of Record for Onchain Finance by ingesting, verifying, and standardizing data across 140+ blockchains and 30+ petabytes of history.
What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering (backend, full-stack, infra, ML), GTM (sales, CS, marketing), and G&A roles.
- Build repeatable data-driven hiring engine including pipeline generation, interview loops, scorecards, and closing strategies.
- Develop talent brand through outbound campaigns, creative sourcing, and compelling candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Serve as culture carrier, shape hiring philosophy, manage recruiting tools, systems, and analytics.
- Build and nurture diverse high-caliber talent network and run founder-level searches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups.
- Track record hiring technical and GTM roles with high talent bars.
- Experience building and operating early-stage recruiting systems from scratch.
- Strong outbound sourcing, storytelling, and selling skills.
- Exceptional communication to influence founders and senior candidates.
- Highly organized, metrics-oriented, autonomous, thrives in 0→1 environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with ATS systems, compensation frameworks, or employer branding.
- Experience in Web3/Crypto native companies.
- Own contract pipelines, university recruiting, or initial people-ops workflows.
