Salary: $72,165 - $84,900

What you will do

• Collaborate with technology leads and business stakeholders to align on program priorities and the technology roadmap.
• Coordinate workstreams, track dependencies, and maintain documentation of scope, risks (RAID logs), and decisions.
• Create executive-ready reporting, status updates, and decision-ready artifacts for program governance.
• Facilitate prioritization by translating stakeholder inputs into trade-offs and sequencing considerations.
• Coordinate release readiness, including training, communications, and support documentation.
• Monitor post-release feedback loops to coordinate enhancements and ensure value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Real Estate, or Computer Science.
• 3–6 years of experience in product operations, delivery support, or program coordination for enterprise technology.
• Experience supporting technology releases, cutovers, and go-live planning.
• Must be based in one of the specified US locations.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to synthesize ambiguity for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of commercial real estate concepts and leasing workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM-enabled workflow environments.
• Experience with system migrations and change management.
