PS Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Elicit requirements from banking clients and convert them into detailed user stories and product requirements.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the technology team to elaborate on functional and integration needs.
• Lead discovery activities with customers to define requirements and participate in functional design.
• Collaborate with the QA team to create and review test scenarios and cases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint grooming and reviews, both internally and with clients.
• Travel to client sites for requirements gathering and UAT implementation activities.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically dealing with customer acquisitions.
• Professional background in a bank, credit union, or technology service provider.
• Hands-on experience with banking systems such as FIS, Temenos, Fiserv, Jack Henry, or Lending 360.
• Must be based in the US (Georgia) to support local operations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Business Banking and customer onboarding.
• Knowledge and experience with Salesforce.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Profession (CBAP).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience implementing digital solutions.
