What you will do

  • Foster a culture of safety, including safety meetings, training logs, audits, fire drills, and emergency plans.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring compliance with corporate processes.
  • Train and cross-train branch administrative employees for consistent performance.
  • Handle HR tasks like time and attendance approval, performance management, new hire paperwork, and policy adherence.
  • Supervise month-end accounting close, AR collections, and assist with billings and payroll.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, vendor management, and legal incident reporting.

Requirements

  • College degree in business administration or two years of office management experience (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years in a professional office environment in a similar industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, leave, anti-trust).
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ERP experience (Oracle, SAP) strongly preferred.
  • Ability to apply company policies and controls.

Nice to have

  • Experience in ERP platforms like Oracle or SAP.
