What you'll do

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, meeting quarterly new business targets.
  • Develop expertise in ad tech, compliance, fraud protection, and client challenges.
  • Act as trusted advisor, articulating value proposition and structuring mutual-value deals.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships and complex multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • Contribute market intelligence to go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Data Science, Ad Ops, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying sales experience in ad tech (programmatic, CTV/OTT, mobile apps, DSPs/SSPs, ad verification, marketing analytics)
  • Strong knowledge of ad tech ecosystem, supply chain, key players, and pain points.
  • Experience selling to technical stakeholders (CTOs, Product Managers, Ad Ops, Data Science) in complex cycles.
  • Track record of hitting targets and closing 5–7 figure deals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership to build a book of business.
  • Strong communication skills to build trust with clients and stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ad fraud, brand safety, privacy compliance (COPPA, GDPR), measurement/attribution.
