Account Manager (Paid Social)

Location: Manchester, UK. Hybrid approach (around 4 days a week in office). Must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive paid social media plans and tactics across channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok.
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup using advanced features such as bid rules and 3rd party optimization and measurement tools.
• Monitor performance and pacing, troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns to ensure objectives and KPIs are met.
• Produce detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships with key media partners.
• Oversee junior team members, monitoring workloads, providing training, and ensuring quality assurance standards.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or an agency role with a proven track record of managing external stakeholders.
• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Ability to plan large-scale campaigns for both brand awareness and direct-response objectives.
• Experience compiling insightful end-of-campaign reports and leading client review presentations.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills for leading client calls and internal presentations.

• Platform training certifications, such as Meta Blueprint.
• Experience in line management or training others in the paid social domain.
