What you will do
- Identify gaps in account structure, targeting, placements, bid strategies, message-market fit, and post-click experience to optimize performance.
- Analyze data from multiple sources, create performance tracking in Google Sheets, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Build efficient testing structures for videos across placements and formats, ensuring high throughput velocity.
- Manage campaigns: monitor, trim, scale ads, coordinate with VAs, and perform optimizations including weekends/holidays.
- Partner with Growth Strategists, Creative, Compliance, and Product teams to align on ROAS thresholds and strategic outcomes.
- Drive incremental Meta spend on Instagram/Facebook Reels/Feeds/Stories, supporting TOF and retargeting objectives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years experience as media buyer for DTC brands
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data analysis, key metrics, and marketing levers
- Proven media buying skills in ad budgets, campaign structures, and manual bid strategies
- Project management and coordination skills for planning, execution, and cross-team collaboration
- Resourcefulness, organization, independence, problem-solving, strong work ethic
- Familiarity with advanced Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
